Production and Shipping Policy

At WONDCARD ®, we operate with on-demand production, as each product is completely personalized. After confirming the purchase and payment, one of our designers will contact you to create the art for your card. After the art is approved, the order is forwarded to the production team, which takes 2 to 5 business days (depending on demand and the model chosen) for production, separation, checking and shipping of your order.

Models that include UV engraving will have a production time of 7 specific working days for this process, while laser engraving will be completed within a period of 2 to 5 working days.

Orders are sent via Mini Envios, Sedex or PAC, ensuring security and speed. The tracking code is automatically sent to the email registered during the purchase.
