Refund Policy

CAPACARD Personalized Products, trade name WONDCARD aims to guarantee customer satisfaction at all stages of the film acquisition process. If for any reason there is a need for exchange, warranty repair or refund, we have formulated the following procedure based on the Consumer Protection Code:

Canceling or regretting the purchase: The deadline for requesting an exchange or return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code). Or 48 hours before the posting date (check the Production and Shipping link).

In the event of a product exchange, the customer must send an email to contato@woncard.com with the reason for the exchange and will receive the address to which the product to be replaced must be sent. Upon receipt by WONDCARD. The amount initially paid will be converted into credits so that the customer can choose another product(s) from our website. If the chosen product is sold at a lower value, the unused balance will remain linked to the account user and, if not, the product has a higher value, you will be charged for the amount that exceeds the credit limit.

If the purchase is canceled within the period provided for by the Consumer Protection Code, if the product has not yet been shipped (check the Production and Shipping link), the refund of the amounts paid may be converted into credits for use on the website itself or via by bank transfer, if payment was made by bank slip. The refund of payments via Pix or credit card will be made via refund. For any of the options on the part of the customer, the withdrawal must be informed by email at contact @woncard.com , and the amount to be refunded will be within a period of up to 7 working days.

Even if the product has already been sent, refunds will only be possible after returning the product by post to the address that will be provided in response to the withdrawal notification, as per the previous paragraph.

In the event of a request for a refund of the amount paid due to a product that does not arrive or is lost within 30 days from the date of posting, we guarantee a refund of the amount paid. We will issue credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within 7 business days.

Any cancellation of a personalized order that has already been produced and shipped will result in a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Because this is a product that will have no outlet.

WONDCARD reserves the right not to refund/exchange due to errors in applying the films or products damaged by the customer.
